Irate dialysis patient arrested following outburst

Guam - A 44-year-old who became angry during his dialysis treatment was arrested and placed behind bars. Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says Jerry James Balatico became upset when the medical staff were unable to combine his medication and had to administer a second IV.

Balatico allegedly made threatening gestures toward the staff, punched the door, and then made verbal threats that he would return with a gun and shoot everyone. 

The Dededo man was arrested at his home and charged with terrorizing and criminal mischief.
