Guam - Three men accused of taking turns beating and raping a 24-year-old woman at Lencho Park in Dededo were indicted by a superior court grand jury. Jose Longa, Minorichy Rugante, and Francis Madeus remain behind bars on $250,000 cash bail.

The woman was walking home from a relative's home when the men grabbed her and beat and raped her until two joggers heard her screaming for help and called police.  The three are charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping.  Police have said that a 12-year-old male minor known as "Smoker" and an unidentified man were also involved in the sexual assault.

All three defendants had pending cases with the superior court.  The arraignment is set for next Wednesday.
