By KUAM NewsGuam - GHURA has been awarded a $4 million federal grant that will be appropriated between three programs; the Community Development Block Grant, the Home Investment Partnership Grant and its emergency solutions grant. According to GHURA executive director Michael Duenas the funds will benefit low to moderate income families and individuals through projects ranging from community development and revitalization to home ownership assistance and homelessness.
