Two plead not guilty for Spice distribution

Two men who were arrested in connection with an undercover Spice operation, pleaded not guilty today in the Superior Court of Guam.

Guam - Two men who were arrested in connection with an undercover Spice operation, pleaded not guilty today in the Superior Court of Guam. Chris Tipingeni and Gandova Selet are accused of possessing and distributing the illegal marijuana-like substance.

Police executed search warrants for the two men at Hemlani Apartments, where undercover officers had purchased the Spice before.  Local and federal authorities also executed two search warrants at The Smoke Shop in Tamuning and Gallop USA at the Micronesia Mall in Dededo where they seized Spice as well as $100,000 in cash.

The two are set to find out when they will go to trial on January 28.
