Robert Torres voted next Supreme Court chief justice

Guam - Supreme Court of Guam justice Robert Torres has been selected to serve as chief justice. He previously held the position from 2008-2011. The position was up for grabs between Torres and Justice Katherine Maraman.
Chief Justice F. Philip Carbullido's term expires next week. The three justices this morning voted amongst themselves who would take over. Justice Torres will be sworn in as chief justice next Tuesday.
