Man aboard overturned vessel passes away

Guam - Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia confirms the man who was aboard a vessel that overturned inside the Agana Marina this morning has passed away. There were two men on board the boat when it capsized just before 7:30am. The name of the 43-year old man from Rota who passed away is being withheld until his family is notified.
