Guam - A superior court grand jury returned an indictment against Chris Tipingeni and Gandova Selet on Tuesday. The two were arrested last month in connection with an undercover operation for Spice. Tipingeni and Selet are accused of possessing and distributing the illegal marijuana-like substance.

As we reported police executed search warrants for the two men at Hemlani Apartments, where undercover officers had purchased the Spice before. Local and federal authorities also executed two search warrants at the smoke shop in Tamuning and Gallop USA at the Micronesia Mall in Dededo where they seized Spice, as well as $100,000 in cash.

Details about any arrests in connection with those raids have not been released.
