Welcome Baby 2014! Healthy girl born on U.S. soil at 12:04

Guam - At exactly four minutes and thirty seconds into the New Year, the island welcomed the first baby of 2014.

At 21", 7 pounds 6 ounces, baby girl Amber Chrisha Caponpon was born to Amor Laxamana and Christian Caponpon.

Dr. Thomas Shieh says Amber is the first of four babies born this morning, all of which were girls.
