Man arrested for armed robbery linked to separate knifepoint incident

Criminal Justice Task Force agents have connected a man arrested in connection to an armed robbery in Upper Tumon to a robbery in Hagatna involving a Norwegian woman.

Guam - Criminal Justice Task Force agents have connected a man arrested in connection to an armed robbery in Upper Tumon to a robbery in Hagatna involving a Norwegian woman. Tomas Quichocho was arrested accused of holding a woman at knifepoint in Tumon as she was entering her home.

He along with 23-year-old Jessilyn Babauta have now been linked to the kidnapping and robbing of a Norwegian woman, who they picked up walking along the street near the Hagatna Pool.

Babauta was booked and confined.
