Boat runs aground at Sumay Cove
The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam rescued several people whose boat ran aground off Sumay Cove Monday afternoon.
Guam - The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam rescued several people whose boat ran aground off Sumay Cove Monday afternoon. According to a media release six people were on board when the 15-foot recreational vessel began taking on water. The Coast Guard dispatched a 45-foot Response Boat Medium (RBM) to assist. Personnel safely removed two children and two adults from the vessel. The other adults were able to safely paddle the vessel back to shore.
