DepCor silent on possible actions against officers

Guam - Department of Corrections director Jose San Agustin has not returned KUAM's phone calls or text messages regarding what action if any he plans on taking against the officers on duty when accused murderer Keith Garrido escaped from their custody. DepCor said he escaped by picking a lock with a staple and jumping out of the unlocked transport van.

During his brief escape he beat and bound a woman inside her home before he was captured.
