Meetings seeks to restructure CoreTech deal
Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo spoke with island media after a ceremony at the Plaza de Espana in Hagatna this morning regarding the controversy surrounding the Core Tech purchase agreement. The contract remains at Adelup for review. It has already cleared the Attorney General's office. The Governor told island media that meetings are underway today with Core Tech to rearrange the current agreement. The Governor announced that the revised agreement will not include any new construction. The Governor said this means this means there will not be any new GDOE headquarters, warehouses and gymnasium. Calvo is hoping to see a conclusion to the contract by the end of today.
