Guam - A Superior Court of Guam grand jury has handed down an indictment against five people accused of sexually assaulting two female minors in the jungle of the Santa Ana area in Dededo.  As we reported police responded to a report of a beyond control teen and found her intoxicated.

She reported to police that her 11-year-old friend had been raped by multiple people as well and was passed out.  The teens reported that they were forced to drink alcohol and then were beaten and raped.

Hen Henry, Helpme Roby, Gibson Billias, Betewen Henry and Oratuch Henry are charged with multiple counts of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.  They are all being held behind bars on $100,000 cash bail.

The five are expected to answer to the charges during an arraignment, which is scheduled for next Thursday afternoon.
