Guam - Freddy Degracia and Badobino and Olympia Taisacan are scheduled to go to trial on January 6. The three are part of a group of people accused of burglarizing Inarajan Middle School several times stealing supplies and electronics.

A pre-trial conference will be held on December 30 with jury selection and trial slated to begin on January 6.
