Delays in issuing notices of proposed adverse action

Guam - Department of Corrections director Jose San Agustin has yet to issue notices of proposed adverse action against the officers who were assigned to the transport vehicle when accused murderer Keith Garrido escaped.  Last week the director said the notices would be issued on Friday, but the investigation was not complete. 

Calls for comment today were not returned as of news time.

The officers were not placed on administrative leave but instead were assigned to another area of the agency pending the outcome of the investigation.
