Marijuana grow operation case set for trial on Tuesday

Guam - A former police officer accused of manufacturing and distributing marijuana will go to trial on Tuesday. Roy Pablo, Ah-Rum Kim, and Stephen Kim pleaded not guilty to having a full marijuana grow operation in their Dededo home and distributing it as well as other illegal substances. 

Pablo resigned from his position following his arrest and all three remain behind bars awaiting trial. Jury selection is scheduled to begin at 9am Tuesday.
