Guam - 21-year-old Chad DeSoto is scheduled to appear in the superior court on Wednesday to find out when he will go to trial. DeSoto remains behind bars facing multiple murder and attempted murder charges after he went on a rampage in Tumon back in February.

Three people died and 11 others were injured.

DeSoto pleaded not guilty by reason of mental illness, disease or defect and underwent two psychiatric evaluations. The details of both evaluations have been filed under seal, or kept private from the public.

Superior Court Judge Anita Sukola mentioned in a previous hearing that she intends to set the matter for trial on Wednesday.
