Mangilao Council presents check to Filipino Community of Guam

Last night at Kentos at the Hyatt Regency Guam, the Mangilao Municipal Council presented a check for $2,700 to the Filipino Community of Guam to help with the Supertyphoon Yolanda relief efforts.
