Accused shooter appears back in court
Clifford San Nicolas appeared back in court today. He pleaded not guilty to shooting a woman in the neck over burnt rice. The shooting left the victim paralyzed for life.

Guam - Clifford San Nicolas appeared back in court today. He pleaded not guilty to shooting a woman in the neck over burnt rice. The shooting left the victim paralyzed for life.
The defense had previously requested a psychiatric evaluation.
The court scheduled another further proceedings hearing for December 31.
