By KUAM NewsGuam - The Guam Economic Development Authority board of directors conditionally approved the Guam Regional Medical City's request for a Qualifying Certificate during a meeting this afternoon. The GRMC was requesting a rebate of 75% of corporate income taxes payable to the government of Guam for a period of 20 years, a rebate of 75% of corporate dividends tax for a period of 5 years and an abatement of 100% of real property taxes for a period of 20 years.
