Artwork by island elderly on display

Celebrating the holiday season, the Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency is displaying artwork from the Man'amko and Manhoben Elders Group.

Guam - Celebrating the holiday season, the Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency is displaying artwork from the Man'amko and Manhoben Elders Group. The art displayed is from local artists who have studied under Filamore Alcon's Gallery of Art. This is the 4th Annual Man'amko Art Show themed, "Senior Moments - A Christmas With Guam's Man'amko".

Every year man'amko artists come together and display their work, this year over 70 art pieces from 12 different artists can be viewed at the CAHA Gallery in Hagatna from now until December 31. The artshow is sponsored by CAHA, Alcon's Gallery of Art, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Office of the Governor.
