Convicted sex offender gets 21 months for failing to register

Guam - Vicente Guerrero Perez will have to serve another 9 months in jail as he was sentenced to 21 months with credit for time served for failing to register as a second offender. The judge recommended that Perez be moved to a bureau of prisons facility where he could receive medical treatment. 

Upon release from prison he will be placed on supervised release for a period of five years.
