Guam - The Guam Regional Medical City presented a $50,000 donation to the Ayuda Foundation this afternoon for the purchase of five containers of medical supplies and equipment for Supertyphoon Yolanda relief.

The $50,000 donation matches $10,000 and $40,000 donations from the Bank of Guam and the Filipino Community of Guam last month.

Five hospitals are set to receive the supplies in the Philippines whereas GRMC's sister hospital The Medical City Iloilo is providing technical assistance to recipient hospitals and has hosted Guam doctors during their medical mission.
