Sentencing delayed in credit card fraud case
Two tourists who were caught using stolen credit cards were supposed to be sentenced in the District Court on Wednesday but the matter was continued until next month.

Guam - Two tourists who were caught using stolen credit cards were supposed to be sentenced in the District Court on Wednesday but the matter was continued until next month.
Jiunn Yang Tan and Aik Heng both pleaded guilty to possessing the stolen credit cards and using them to purchase luxury high-end goods to pay off personal creditors in Malayasia. Both men were arrested last year and claim they were instructed to fly to Guam and purchase luxury items with credit cards they were given at the airport.
The two managed to rack up more than $22,000 in high-end merchandise that police recovered in their hotel room as well as 17 different credit cards.
Due to issues over how long they have been confined, the court continued their sentencing to January 7.
