Guam - The Guam Police Department is processing the notice of resignation that was submitted by Officer Roy Pablo. Pablo is being held behind bars along with his girlfriend, Ah-Rum Kim and Stephen Kim. The three are accused of having a full marijuana growing operation in their Dededo home and distributing it as well as other illegal substances.
Pablo recently appeared in court asking to be released to a third-party custodian, but the request was denied. The three are scheduled to begin trial on Christmas Eve.
GPD spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia confirms that GPD is waiting for Pablo's power of attorney to return the official document with all the necessary signatures to make his departure from the police force final.
