Police volunteer caught double-parking at mall

Guam - A Community Assisted Policing Effort volunteer was counseled today after he decided to double-park at the Compadres Mall so he could get some cash at the ATM.  The volunteer told police management that he only got down for a minute, but it was long enough for a KUAM viewer to snap a picture of the police government official double-parked behind another vehicle.

GPD spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says the volunteer was counseled for the infraction.
