Office of Vital Statistics limiting customers
Starting December 10, the Department of Public Health and Social Services window service at the Office of Vital Statistics will be limited to the first 30 customers in the morning and the first 30 customers in the afternoon on Mondays through Thursday.

Guam - Starting December 10, the Department of Public Health and Social Services window service at the Office of Vital Statistics will be limited to the first 30 customers in the morning and the first 30 customers in the afternoon on Mondays through Thursday.
The changes are a result of staffing shortages.
The window is closed on Fridays.
Priority will be given to senior citizens and those with disabilities.
