Cop seeks release to third-party custodian

Guam - A police officer is asking to be released to a third-party custodian as he awaits trial. Roy Pablo appeared in the Superior Court of Guam today.  He and his girlfriend, Ah-Rum Kim and Stephen Kim are accused of running an illegal marijuana grow operation in their Dededo home and distributing it. 

The three pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges and remain behind bars.  Pablo is scheduled to appear back in court for a bail hearing on Friday afternoon. 

He remains on administrative leave from the police force.
