Guam - A man admitted to police that he kidnapped his son while intoxicated because his ex-girlfriend did not return his Social Security card. Chaff Simichy was arrested and charged with kidnapping, family violence and terrorizing.

He's accused of taking their baby from their home and threatening to kill himself and the child. He returned the baby several hours later, but then fled.

Simichy then turned himself into police two days later and admitted that he took the child and denied threatening the baby or himself.
