Guam - Emmanuel Cepeda has signed a global plea agreement that has yet to be approved by the Superior Court of Guam. Cepeda is accused of shooting his estranged wife in the head.
Four months before he murdered his wife, Cepeda had been arrested for beating, kicking and threatening to kill her and their kids. Cepeda intends to plead guilty in both cases that would give him a life sentence but make him eligible for parole after 15 years.
A change of plea is scheduled for December 6.
