Guam - Schoolchildren in the Mangilao area will be able to enjoy waiting for their bus as a permanent bus shelter is ready to keep students safe and out of the elements. The Rigalu Foundation provided the funding to construct the bus shelter along Route 15 on the Back Road to Andersen Air Force Base just past the Mangilao Golf Course.

Wednesday a ribbon cutting ceremony was held marking another milestone in "The Bus Stops Here" project, which is a collaboration between local business and organizations to build over 100 bus shelters throughout Guam.
