Alvin San Nicolas due in court to answer to new arraignment

Guam - Alvin San Nicolas will have to appear back in court next week to answer to criminal charges handed down in a superceding indictment.  The Supreme Court of Guam recently overturned a conviction against San Nicolas on 16 counts of criminal sexual conduct for sexually assaulting a female minor repeatedly while her mother was deployed and forcing her to smoke methamphetamine. 

His new arraignment is set for November 27.
