Twin public hearings booked for medicinal marijuana bill

Not one but two public hearing dates have been set for Senator Tina Muna Barnes's Bill 215 allowing for the use of medicinal marijuana on Guam.

Guam - Not one but two public hearing dates have been set for Senator Tina Muna Barnes's Bill 215 allowing for the use of medicinal marijuana on Guam. The measure also known as the Joaquin Concepcion Compassionate Cannabis Use Act of 2013 will first be heard November 27 from 10am to noon by Senator Dennis Rodriguez's Committee on Health.

A second public hearing will extend to next month on December 12 at 5:30pm. Testimony can be submitted to Senator Rodriguez's office in Tamuning, at the Guam Legislature or e-mailed at senatordrodriguez @gmail.com
