Sex offender sentenced for failing to register

A convicted sex offender who came from Pennsylvania to Guam and failed to register was sentenced to 21 months behind bars.

Guam - A convicted sex offender who came from Pennsylvania to Guam and failed to register was sentenced to 21 months behind bars.  David James Hart pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender when he moved.  Upon release he will be placed on five years supervised release.  Hart's prosecution was part of the U.S. Department of Justice's Project Safe Childhood initiative.
