Man who made bomb threats to court signs plea deal
by Mindy Aguon
Guam - A man who was arrested for making bomb threats to the northern court has signed a plea agreement admitting to maliciously conveying false information by phone. The charge comes with a maximum penalty of ten years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
Michael Santos admitted to federal authorities that he made the threats because he wanted to avoid having to appear in court for a small claims matter where he was ordered to pay a judgment.
