Marco Nelson's trial set for November 20

Marco Nelson is set to go to trial on November 20. He is accused of driving under the influence, leading police on a highspeed chase and crashing his car into a utility pole.

Guam - Marco Nelson is set to go to trial on November 20. He is accused of driving under the influence, leading police on a highspeed chase and crashing his car into a utility pole resulting in the death of his 4-year-old daughter who was improperly restrained in the back seat. 

The defense filed a motion to suppress the blood sample that was taken at the hospital that confirmed he was highly intoxicated. Jury selection and trial is set to begin on November 20, while a motion hearing will be held on the 15th.
