Guam - Concerned about the protection of service members, military families base personnel and patrons, spearfishing will no longer be allowed on Naval Base Guam.  All forms of spearfishing along all shorelines and near shore waters on NGB are prohibited effectively immediately.  

According to NGB, permitted fishing techniques in designated areas only include hook-and-line fishing from shoreline or boat, and cast netting from shorelines. Fishing is permitted in outer Apra Harbor and at Clipper Cove on NBG.
