Jury selection begins in Nimitz Hill home invasion case

Guam - Jury selection began today in the government's case against Raymond Torres Tedtaotao and his alleged role in a home invasion in Nimitz Hill.  Co-defendant Kyle Cruz has already entered into a plea deal with the government and agreed to testify against Tedtaotao and Paul Anthony Mendiola. 

Tedtaotao is the one who is accused of tying up the victim and beating her while Mendiola stole two laptops. 

The court granted the government's motion to sever the trials of the defendants.
