Route 1/ 8 (Hagåtña Bridges)
Motorists traveling through this area are advised to be aware of new lane configurations, lane shifts and detours:

Northbound Marine Corps Drive will be shifting from the south side of the bridge to the middle of the bridge on Saturday, November 2 as the contractor facilitate work on the southern portion of the bridge.

Westbound Route 8 will be shifting on Saturday, November 2 as the contractor facilitates work on the median.

Marine Corps Drive between Route 4 and Route 8 is reduced to two lanes in each direction during daytime hours.

Southbound Marine Corps Drive east of the Route 8 intersection will be reduced to one lane nightly between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Northbound Marine Corps Drive between Route 4 and Route 8 will be reduced to one lane nightly between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Northbound Marine Corps Drive west of the Route 4 intersection will be reduced to one lane between 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5 through 5 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6.

Route 4 Ylig Bridge (Yona)
Construction work on the Ylig Bridge continues this week with asphalt paving at the Aguon Road intersection. Construction personnel will also work on the approach onto the new bridge Route 4. Lane closures and new traffic detours to Manengon may be required for the safety of motorists traveling in the area. Traffic may be detoured onto the new bridge and gravel lanes for the next few weeks as the contractor completes the work. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays. The temporary bridge and detour remains open to traffic with a posted 15 MPH speed limit.

Route 4, Agfayan Bridge Replacement (Inarajan)
The contractor is working at the Agfayan Bridge located south of the Inarajan pier (facing Bear Rock). Motorists should observe the posted speed limit and all construction signs and expect intermittent traffic delays during the day.
