Kids found in car of man who took cops on highspeed chase

Guam - 30-year old Mark Bryan faces multiple criminal charges including burglary, assault on a police officer, theft of property and child abuse. Bryan is accused of taking police on a high speed chase in Dededo on Monday.

He eventually crashed in the Adacao area and tried to flee. Aside from being captured police found two children inside his car, a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old. According to court documents the children were not properly restrained and were crying.

Officers also found stolen credit cards at the scene.
