Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo today met with the speaker of the New Zealand House of Representatives David Carter and ambassador Mike Moore  to discuss bilateral relation. According to Bordallo for the first time in almost 30 years, the United States and New Zealand are resuming military-to-military contact. She added expanded defense cooperation with New Zealand is a sign of strong bilateral relations as well as the progress being made on the Asia-Pacific rebalance.
