Guam - Senator Michael San Nicolas believes public works failed to plan properly to ensure smooth bussing operations for the school year and as a result he has called an oversight hearing to discuss the current state of school bus operations. San Nicolas says the recent school schedule change to accommodate bus operations indicates that the necessary management planning did not take place and "that is very unsettling."  The schedule change affects 1,500 students and their families. The oversight hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 5th at 6pm in the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
