More than three dozen bill set for October session
GUAM - The agenda for the October session set to start Tuesday morning. Lawmakers are expected to meet for the next two weeks to discuss over three dozen bills, appointments and resolutions including Senator Tina Muna Barnes Bill 75 otherwise known as the Aggressive Panhandling Act of 2013; Senator Tony Ada's Bill 146 relative to the castle doctrine; Senator Aline Yamashita's Bill 153 relative to the breastfeeding rights of nursing mothers and children; Senator Tom Ada's Bill 181 providing bond authorization for GWA's half a billion dollar bond; and Senator Frank Aguon jr.'s Bill 195 establishing the infant child's right to life act.
