Guam - The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority will be able to acquire and rehabilitate existing homes for sale for eligible individuals and families.  The inventory will be added under the Affordable for Purchase Home Program to help qualified working families and individuals to become first time homebuyers. The initiative provides qualified prospective homebuyers the opportunity to own their own home.

The homes are estimated in a sale price range of $120,000 to $160,000. Pre-applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until November 14.  You can get more information by visiting GHURA.org
