Guam - The money has been depleted but the District Court of Guam will remain open on an emergency continuation of essential services. District Court Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood adopted a plan for operating in the absence of an appropriation or continuing resolution.

Essential judicial services will continue and employees will continue to report to work and criminal, civil and bankruptcy cases will continue to be heard.
