Guam - Weather hasn't been good to sports around the island but last night the J.F.K Islanders made the trip to G.W to take on the Gecko's in IFL football. Both teams did their best to win the turnover battle and keep possession every time the ball was snapped. G.W scored the first touchdown of the game on a run by Isaiah Tydingco. Each team looked to pound the ball out on the ground and pass sparingly. Hank Sablan would later add to the Gecko's lead in the 4th quarter off another run behind his offensive line. Anselmo Untalan would punch in his 2nd PAT of the game on the next play.  After 4 quarters of play the home team Gecko's pulled out the win 16-0 for a chance to meet up with the Guam High Panthers in the semi final round.
