Trial date set for convicted human trafficker/brothel owner

Guam - Former Blue House Lounge owner Song Ja Cha will go to trial a second time for crimes she committed while running an illegal brothel. Cha was already convicted in federal court of human trafficking but her case is currently on appeal. She was sentenced to life in prison.
During a hearing on Monday in the Superior Court of Guam, she was given an April 16 trial date. Last month police Officers David Manila and Anthony Quenga were convicted of various criminal charges including prostitution, kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct.
They are set to be sentenced on November 8.
