Guam - An investigation continues into the death of a Department of Corrections inmate. Albert Evaristo was found dead in his cell in the Post 24 Minimum Security Unit on Saturday morning. The autopsy confirmed that the inmate died from suicide and had used an electrical cord to hang himself. 

DepCor spokesperson Jeff Limo says inmates in the Minimum Security Unit are detailed to do work within the compound and have access to electrical cords for use in their cells.
