Guam - Four people have been arrested in connection with what was initially reported as a kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl from her Dededo home on Wednesday. As we reported the girl was taken from her home and put in the back of a sedan with two male individuals and another female.
GPD Spokesperson Officer Allan Guzman says Juvenile Investigation Division agents determined that the girl agreed to leave the premises with the suspect despite showing signs of a struggle. She was taken into custody for a curfew violation while police arrested a male minor, charging him with criminal sexual conduct.
18-year-old Taina Mettao and 18-year-old Herickson Karsom were arrested for jurisdiction over an adult.
