Four arrested for reported kidnapping of teen

Four people have been arrested in connection with a reported kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl from her Dededo home on Wednesday.

Guam - Four people have been arrested in connection with a reported kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl from her Dededo home on Wednesday.  As we reported the girl was taken from her home and put in the back of a sedan with two male individuals and another female.  GPD Spokesperson Officer Allan Guzman issued the following release regarding the arrests:

 

Juvenile Investigators of the Guam Police Department have closed the investigation into the Kidnapping and as a result four individuals were taken into custody. Investigation revealed that the female taken away from the residence knew the suspect and though she showed signs that she resisted she agreed to leave the premises with the suspect. As a result of the investigation one (1) male minor was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct ( confined at DYA) one (1) female minor was taken into custody for Curfew Violation (confined at DYA ) one (1) male adult arrested for Jurisdiction over an Adult, one (1) female adult also arrested for Jurisdiction over an Adult ( both were booked and released )
